Oakridge Staffing is a full service executive search firm specializing in the placement of information technology, financial operations, and office support professionals throughout the New York/New Jersey/Connecticut Metro Area. Oakridge places professionals in permanent, consulting, and temporary positions ranging from entry-level to senior executive level at companies as large as FORTUNE 500 firms, and as small as entrepreneurial startups.
We are a young developing company, founded in October 2005 by two long-standing friends, each top producing executive search professionals in the Information Technology and Financial Operations arenas. Each left acclaimed recruiting companies on the premise that professional recruiting could be done differently. Our vision was to create a company that provides exceptional service to clients, while also serving as a premier partner for professionals seeking permanent and contractual employment. We have built Oakridge from the ground up, on a foundation of integrity, innovation, dedication to success, and a genuine concern for people.
We take the time to understand our clients’ business needs as well as their staffing challenges and we thoroughly interview each candidate to gain insight to their career expectations, requirements, and goals. This ensures the best match for both the job seeker and the employer. We are not “paper pushers” who are satisfied by generating interviews, we take the time to understand our clients needs and to present candidates who will help fill those needs.
