RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Optimizing site content for ranking in search engines; this includes HTML, site structure, page layout and navigation.
* In-bound link development from relevant sites and directories.
* Review statistics and monitor analytics.
* Update monthly web site traffic report.
* Test and track landing page optimization and other conversion strategies.
* Performance maintenance and updates to existing websites.
* Addressing issues that arise with the performance of the website; address issues with the hosting company or email service provider; trouble shoot the site. This involves areas including content, links, order flows, registration flows and transaction logs. If problems arise with these areas of the site, the webmaster will make corrections.
* Plan for future changes to the organization’s websites. Beyond the focus of day-to-day activities. As the Internet evolves, stay current with software and hardware that can improve the success of the organization’s online strategies.
* Develop and manage organization’s internet marketing strategy.
